Stream disconnecting and reconnecting every 2 to 5 minutes

I know there's a lot of people already posted this issue but I'm still hoping. So here are my log files right after obs reconnected again.

Other steps I've done:

• I already contacted my ISP and they already changed the router/modem.
• RX Optical Power: -20.18 dBm "they said it was a good RX power."
• Tried to connect my PC to my WiFi "I'm the only one who uses this" still the same issue.
• Tried to stream on different platforms (Facebook and YouTube) still the same issue.
• Tried to change the bitrate between 2000 ~ 3500 kbps still the same issue.

did you have install any VPN service ?

DSLREPORTS result I didn't tried to use vpn because its kinda expensive

Interface: Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection (ethernet, 100 mbps)

Gigabit interface connecting at only 100mbps suggests bad cable / switch / router.
