I have the Ryzen 1700 3.7GHz | 2070Super | 32 GB RAM
I am not able to record or stream using the Nvenc encoder setting, It gives the message, Output failed and check if your drivers are up to date. I have also tried reinstalling the drivers, that also did not help.

Since this problem occurred using the x264 option makes my games lag without the CPU touching 80%

03:45:25.718: [jim-nvenc: 'simple_h264_stream'] init_session: nv.nvEncOpenEncodeSessionEx(&params, &enc->session) failed: 10 (NV_ENC_ERR_OUT_OF_MEMORY)

OBS thinks your GPU is out of RAM.

Does it do the same if you try nvenc-new?

Are you trying to capture COD:MW?

If so, this is unfortunately a pretty widespread issue, with the only real advice being to lower your in-game graphics settings to reduce your VRAM usage.
