Is it possible to programmatically change the output directory, either via streamer.bot or some other way? I stream curling matches and would like to have the replays saved to a folder named after the date and starting hour of the broadcast( ie, 20241024_10). I'm currently using the filename variables, but that uses the date/time of when the replay is saved. So if the match started at 10am but the replay is saved at 11:30, the directory would be 20241024_11.

The plugin shows up and it seems like its working on the rendering but never ends it. so in the end all files are corrupted. ive tried different containers and encoders. Hybrid mp4 is playable, but corrupt too (cant play foward and so on). in the taskmanager i can see the obs ffmpeg remuxer that stays there after recording the source but yeah its never ending the rendering. it seems like its working to the point where I stop the recording.

OBS Studio 30.2.3 working perfectly fine. Ive tried the same scenes.

This is an extremely useful plugin. Alas, unusable for flatpak installations. A flatpak extension for Source Record would be nice!

You can configure a source-record effect filter on any video source, or create a mockup group just for each of the audio tracks you want and choose the audio track you it to record.

You could create multiple source records effects on a single video source with different track selection, but it would be duplicating the video and waste resource and space.
didn't really understand how to do it! Could you show me, if it's not too much trouble?

You can easily sync them with the clap recorded into the audio and video ... or however with a specific signal ... as we do on regularly absis in film/video making ... :-)
That's what I do now. And that's not helping when I try to sync gameplay, camera, another PC's gameplay and another person's camera. Also I don't need to sync audio and that is usually desynced with video to begin with cause of NDI delay for separate sources. Marking all of those would greatly help.

FWIW, I use simhub that create a webpage that is just a running time clock that gets included in a group with the recorded dashboard/cams/etc and the clock sync and have to use that to sync currently. It's the best I've been able to do so far, but having synchronized chapter marks in each recording would be ideal.

Also being able to have the recordings split, which currently the main recording does, but not the source-record ones, would halso help to get clips and sections into more relevant files/sections, but still even in the file splitting, markers would be important.. (Yet? fingers crossed )
these have the time stamp sync in the top right:

The dash in the bottom right has only hundredths of second resolution, but could be thousandths like the other recordings:

In the actual stream scene, those get cropped out, so it's basically only internal in the recording.

Yep but which kind of NLE are you using with Chapters? Since DaVinci hasn't. Adobe neither.
Which one of the other obnes on market? Because however ALL of them are able to sync with audio OR timecode.
But with chapters which one?

Any idea when an update will come out to keep the CQP setting relevant? Whenever I choose a CQP value of 17 and close out of the Source Record filter, when I open it back up it is showing CBR.
