Andi Stone, StreamUP creator, is now aware of the issue.
Many bugs were introduced with the release of OBS 32.0.0.
Andi will be taking a well earned break after working tirelessly to get StreamUP base to a stable state.

Hello.

Andi has released StreamUP v2.1.1 which fixes Scene Organiser persistence when changing "Scene Collections" in OBS.
Andi has also added useful import functionality - Import your existing SceneTree plugin configuration into Scene Organiser.

The Scene Organiser import tool looks in the default location for your old Scene Tree configuration - scene_tree.json.

You do not need the old Scene Tree Plugin installed for the import tool to work.
Simply make sure your old scene_tree.json configuration is located in your plugin_config directory under 'obs_scene_tree_view\scene_tree.json'

E.g.: C:\Program Files\obs-studio\config\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs_scene_tree_view\scene_tree.json

I just retired that plugin and the Toolbar plugin now that this functionality is now in the StreamUP plugin. Everything seems to be working well here.
