Bug Report Repeated Catalina Crashes

Hi, new OBS user here. On my first stream, OBS repeatedly crashed. The time between crashes ranged from 1-15 minutes or so.

I'm using the latest OBS 24.0.6 and I'm on MacOS Catalina 10.15.3.

OBS didn't have any crash logs, but the Mac did. I'm attaching both.

Any insight would be appreciated!

@mjclemente I have the same problem as you and by the looks of it we have the same OS Build, 6 core CPU and 32GB of RAM, although I have the Vega20 GPU. I don't have anywhere near enough experience to say this is the cause but its a strange coincidence. Mine will crash randomly too and pretty consistently. I've had to switch to Camtasia and Quicktime player in the mean time. Bummer.

Same for me here.
MacOS 10.15.3 and OBS version 24.0.6.
It crashes randomly. Sometimes it takes 1 minute, sometimes it takes 10, but did not go further than 15 minutes of recording.
Even without recording, it crashes.
Attached, you may find the log of the crash reported by the system.

Me too. So far, it’s crashed during setup and not during a live stream. But I’m really nervous. I’m using this for a client‘s professional webinar... tonight!
 
Kenny, good luck, I'd love to hear how it goes!

I've experience the same thing on Mac 10.15.4 (random crashes). Would love to use OBS, currently using a trial version of Wirecast.
 
25.0.6 for Mac was released yesterday. I've given it a good workout today, and so far no crashes. I had previously seen crashes while just editing scenes and such. No hint of that so far with the new release. Crossing fingers!
 
It seems to crash only between setups. It happens to me too, but during my all 4 tests (1 hour each) to Youtube, and Facebook, it eorked flawlessly.
