Recording Sources Separately

Hello!

I have been using SourceRecord to record 4 sources as separate .mkv files (a CircleCam, a RectangleCam, a GameplayCam (DisplayCapture), and a regular window cam (WindowCapture) ). That way, I can edit all four sources separately. I also set my desktop audio and my mic audio to record to separate tracks (gameplay audio = track 1, mic audio = track 2) so I can also edit those separately. So far it's been working good, but a bug with it caused me to lose an hour+ worth of footage and now I want to find another way to record these sources separately. How would I go about doing this without running multiple instances of OBS simultaneously?

I am going to attach the top and bottom few lines of the log file (3000+ KB total log file) of the 1 hour 11 min .mkv that is corrupted. I have tried so many things to at least extract the two audio tracks in perfect condition (ffmpeg, repairit, remuxing, etc), but no luck. My CircleCam and WindowCapture .mkv sources are both perfectly fine, but both the RectangleCam and the GameplayCam .mkvs (with both of my audio tracks on it) constantly skip, cut in and out, and throw errors.
