I'm using NVDIA NVENC H.264 for Encoder. And my recording videos all results in very low fps. My GPU is RTX2080 super, and my CPU is intel i7-9700KF which I don't think I'm able to use the x264 encoder. But anyway, I tried all 3 encoders x264, NVENC, NVENC(new), they all came out the same low fps results, which really piss me off. Because I'm planning streaming later but if I can't even get a good and stable recording, how can I stream? Does anyone know what is happening to my OBS? Cause I don't think record League of Legends is going to make the RTX2080 Super feel tired.
