I can use OBS to record when I am using the default x246 encoder (Which is extremely laggy and produces poor quality recordings), however, each time I attempt to record something when I use the Hardware (AMD) encoder I get an error message displaying "An unspecified error occurred while recording." All of my drivers are up to date, however OBS still won't let me record when I attempt to use the AMD encoder. Here is my last log attempt. https://hastebin.com/ulecukevib
