Question / Help Really blurry stream

Hello, so I recently started streaming and I followed a lot of tutorials on "Best settings" but my streams are really blurry and especially when I move in game. And I tried I would say almost everything, read many forum treads and watched a lot of videos to try and figure out what the problem could be... But no solution yet, so I hope I can find help here. I will attach my most recent test stream log a long with the short video of the log.

*i7-9700k @ 4.60Ghz
*32GB Ram
*GTX 2080

You might trying increasing your bitrate. If you're streaming directly to YouTube you should be able to go higher than 5500.

Suggested for 1080p60 is 4500-9000. Suggested for 720p60 is 2250-6000. Push it as high as it will go; YT dash may complain but it doesn't matter.

Thank you for the reply, so I've tried upping my bitrate like you said but sadly it's still as blurry as before. Even tried to go 1080p 60fps with the 9000 bitrate but also no luck.

you stream on youtube so go for 1080p and 35000 kbit/s bitrate, you could try even 1440p to avoid the blur on the text caused by the scaling from 2560x1440 to 1920x1080
