Random Crashes while recording, testing stuff or even changing scenes.

So I'm really REALLY new to streaming. I was using streamelabs but i got recommended to use obs since it links better with streamelements. So I did a few tries and got a lot of crashes in random moments while recording. I downloaded 2 plugins win capture audio to make a scene to use as mixer and contro every audio volume. And Spout2 to use a spout scene to link with veadotube since I'm using a png avatar with movement. Also, besides this plugins I use SteelSeries GG to enhance my audio since when I was using nothing my mic (c1 shure) was sounding super awful.
So i tried to record a few thing to test sounds and everything and I got a few crashes.
Now i was able to get the program running for a few hours without recording or streaming.
I was trying to create a new game scene and stopped responding. I see no error on the logs or nothing i can understand. Last one crashed because I created a new scene with a game running and showing in other scene. So i think i maxed out my GPU. (plus i had a lot of tabs running on firefox.
But i also had crashes without anything open just by switching scenes. This is the last log with rendering issues https://obsproject.com/logs/mH7akpbFPvLeUwDP. And this one is from a recording https://obsproject.com/logs/Eps1vasMoSB6OOyQ i was doin and it crashed (yeah i forgot to start as admin in this one) is there anything it may be crashing? maybe a plugin in or the seelseries audio enhancer?

Your first log shows this

Info Windows 10 22H2 (OK)
You are running Windows 10 22H2, which will be supported by Microsoft until October 2025.

Info 0.1% Rendering Lag
Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene.

Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.

Info Third-Party Plugins (5)
You have the following third-party plugins installed:
  • logi_obs_plugin_x64
  • win-capture-audio
  • obs-streamelements-core
  • win-spout
  • obs-streamelements

Your second log shows pretty much the same.

Info Not Admin
OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this.
