Problems with alerts and browser source sounds, Please help

From one day to another my alerts for points, the normal alerts, and my TTS are distorted and glitchy randomly, I've been testing just sending again and again the rewards and sometimes it sounds good and sometimes it sounds very bad and unpleasant.
I have tried, remake the fonts, removed and put the links and some other basic things I could think of, no improvement.

You have to contact the alerts service you're using as it's an issue on their side. If they refuse to give you support on this, consider change service.
