Plugin to manage streams by list

I'd like to know if exists a plugin which makes simple to manage the changes between your streams.
This way you could choose the stream you wanna start from a list of presets, and the plugin will change OBS live informations.
(title, description, tags, language, etc...)

EDIT: If this doesn't exist atm, maybe someone could point me to basic knowledge that i would need to make this by my own.
