When ever I record sometimes when moving the brush or the canvas for art programs the recording freezes and then when i stop moving it unfreezes. It's hard to explain but here is a screenshot of me moving the brush(red is where it shows blue is where it should be):

Idk what specs and recording info to put here but:
System specs(Acer aspire e15):
Intel i5-8250U(1.6 Ghz to 3.4 Ghz)
8 GB ddr3 ram
256 GB SSD
Nvidia GeForce MX150(2gb vram)

24 FPS
