So in regards to my last topic for some reason when I put the audio stream to the Desktop, and then muted my speakers while recording (so I didn't get an Echo in my voice), all the desync stopped happening.
Why is this? How come putting it to stream only makes it desync so badly, what would even cause that to happen? I'd love to not have to mute my speakers every time I record (in case I forget or something, will have an echo through my microphone while recording), but right now it's all I have because I can't seem to fix the in game audio desync from video when using output audio to stream only...
Also, on that side note, since I have to do it this way is there ANY way I could mute OBS playing back the game audio? If I ever record with my friends I record their voices on skype and I don't want to hear my TV audio, them, and OBS playing back the game audio at the 1.5 or so lag-back rate (because I record with Elgato)...
So could I somehow mute that, while not muting my speakers so I can still hear my friends and talk to them?
