Question / Help OSB Recording Issue (Extreme Lag)

Hello,

I have browsed through the internets vast collection of tutorial videos and suggestions of people in forums, and I haven't found anything that has helped me when I've attempted to record videos of gameplay. The recording has some serious lag going on and it's very painful to watch. I've attempted to utilize the settings I've seen recommended in YouTube OBS tutorial videos, tried adjusting bitrate, running the Auto-Configuration Wizard to find the correct settings and attempting to use those, I've even tried changing the Game Capture to Display Capture instead, I've tried having all unnecessary tabs closed to help it out but nothing seems to be helping. I'm not entirely sure what I should do, I'm not as tech-savvy as most, but I would like help.

I am using a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1.

*Update* I really would prefer to use OBS, however, attempting to use Fimora Scrn as an alternative worked flawlessly the first time I attempted to use it. Again, I would prefer to use OBS, but if no one is able to find a way to solve the issues of OBS, or suggest an alternative software, then at least I have Fimora Scrn.

Basically what I can see from the logs is that your system is being overloaded by what you're doing on it
18:56:00.293: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 8924 (49.0%)
18:56:00.295: ==== Recording Stop ================================================
18:56:00.666: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 10317/12251 (84.2%)
Because you're using quicksync, this is overloading the intel graphics components of your system twice. Rendering is losing you almost 50% of the frames and encoding is losing you 85% of the ones that make it to the encoder.

Your system absolutely cannot handle both overwatch and recording using obs at 1080p60

Alright, so any thing you would recommend I could do to be able to handle it? What settings I would be able to switch or change? Downgrade resolution?

Reduce resolution, reduce framerate of obs, cap the framerate of the game to close to or at the refresh rate of your display
