where was that this summer! whatever, against all odds with dell, my BIOS does allow the iGPU and GPU to be used at the same time, currently trying to get intel graphics drivers installed again.
In the future, anyone who wants hardware encoding too but they don't have a GTX, check your mobo for "Intel Multi Display Technology" On my Dell motherboard, it was under Onboard Devices in Advanced.
