Odd "Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting" Issue?

Hey all,

Apologies if this has been posted and answered elsewhere. I did a quick search online and in these forums before signing up and posting but couldnt find anything remotely similar to my issue...

I'm trying to set up Twitch's Enhanced broadcasting mode in OBS. I've tried testing the setup by turning on "Enable Bandwidth Test Mode" and via the Twitch Inspector; it detects and runs fine without any issue.

However, when I turn off the test mode, both the Twitch Inspector and my Twitch Dashboard still detect as Offline. The weird thing is that in the Inspector, it still detects my "live" stream, but reports no data...

Ive attached all I could think of to show my findings, but feel free to request anything else from me and I'll get it to you ASAP.

Streaming without Enhanced Broadcasting works fine, but of course only allows me to send one track (which I usually do at approx 7000 Kbps), so getting this resolved is not an immediate issue; but an annoying one nonetheless.

Thanks for any assistance you're willing to provide!

LOGS:
EDIT: General Grammar/Spellchecking
EDIT 2: replaced Twitch Inspector Bandwidth Test image, as I accidentally submitted an older Live version with same error/issues

Bumping this thread in the hopes someone can look over this and provide some form of assistance for me.

I have been in touch with Twitch Support who have been laughable (to put it kindly) with their solutions; always pushing back that the issue is on my end.

For your consideration: I have uploaded a test video I have just sent to Twitch with the hopes or urging them for assistance, however; there may be something there that highlights the OBS community why this is working:
Youtube: Twitch Enhanced Bitrate Stream Test

Some other things I have done to try and rectify any possible user-created issues:
  1. I have set up a new OBS Setup Wizard to make sure that any info I have provided to Twitch via OBS is set up correctly for them to understand >> no changes
  2. Tested on a Mobile/Cellular Broadband connection to rule out possible ISP blocking issues >> very poor bitrate connection but same results occurred
  3. Tried XSplit (barf) and using their initial setup wizard and Twitch Guides to do a test stream >> no changes in results.
At this stage I'm at a loss... part of me thinks maybe its a GPU or driver issue (AMD RX 9070XT and latest drivers), but I have friends that have EB set up on a RX 9060 and got it working first try so... /shrugs

Any help or insight the community can provide is appreciated!

Okay a quick update here:

Still no luck on my end with the EB settings working normally, however, I decided to do a test by setting up a new profile and using an old alt account I had (for stream testing back when Inspector wasnt a thing and OBS didnt have a stream test feature)

Lo and behold, it worked without issue! I then signed out and into my main acoount (using the test profile) and still no ability to livestream with EB enabled...

I switched to my main profile, signed out and then logged in as my alt account, turned on EB: worked like a charm! Switched back to my main twitch account; issue stil persists when EB is enabled.

At this stage I think its a Twitch-side auth/ingest server problem so I've reached out to Support to see if they can help once more; though im not hopeful.

I'll get an OBS log in the next day or two using the test profile and test account for anyone to look at and see if they see any issues on my end but as I said: i dont think its a user/software/hardware/network issue from my side of things at this point in time.

If anyone has any suggestions in the interim with the logs and data I've already provided; I'm still more than happy to see if theres anything I can do on my end to resolve this.

Thanks in advance,
