Bug Report OBS Won't Launch at all

Hello my name is Mauricio I Have been using OBS for over five years now with not one problem until perhaps the latest windows update, now I can't even get it to start. I don't think there is even a crash log because it doesn't even reach that part. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Oh yes I know. . .I can't even find the OBS Studio logs. . . I'm unable to even launch OBS studio . . .I probably sent the wrong file I'm pretty new to this so Sorry

That file and folder don't exist, I reinstalled OBS Studio and still nothing. . .it doesn't even get to launch and immediately goes to windows error reporting

I reset my computer to factory settings. . . which I really didn't want to do because backing up my important files took a whole day, but I'm pleased that OBS is working properly again. . . also because I got rid of the factory bloatware my pc is as fast as ever so I guess it was a good thing!!!
