OBS WAS CRASHED WHEN OBS START

Did you download OBS from this site (safe) or you got it from somewhere else (malware alert)
If you got it from somewhere else, unsintall it, remove all the folders and preferencies, download the intaller from this site (look on top) and install it again. Now you need to add new scenes and sources.
If you got it from here, then most probably the issue is due to a faulty plugin.
