OBS Virtual Camera causing Zoom Performance Issues

Hello,

While using OBS 30.0.2 in conjunction with Zoom 5.17.15, turning on or off my camera causes Zoom to freeze and, sometimes, crash. I tried downgrading, here are the combinations I've tried:

OBS 29.1.3 with Zoom 5.17.15, 5.17.10, and 5.16.10
OBS 30.0.2 with Zoom 5.17.15, 5.17.10, and 5.16.10

In all cases, using my webcam without OBS causes no issues. It's only when I use virtual camera. OBS itself does not show any performance issues. My graphics and camera drivers are all up to date. I've searched and discovered this issue used to exist in OBS 28.x releases, but was supposedly solved by 29.x

EDIT: The problem only happens in Zoom, not Discord video calls.

My device specifications are:

Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 22H2
OS build 22621.3007
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0
Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700KF 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
Device ID E017FBAE-DE73-4FD9-896A-D3206B2B6B40
Product ID 00326-10072-98627-AA025
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

My webcam is a Logitech c922 Pro Stream Webcam, and I have disabled the camera in Logitech G-Hub so that OBS can manage the camera directly.
My GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti (the motherboard does not have an integrated secondary graphics processor)

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that I tried disabling all of Zoom's hardware acceleration features but that didn't help.
