OBS update to 31.0.0 makes my game lags when OBS is open (it was fine before)

Having OBS open in the background causes my game to stutter. The game is League of Legends/Teamfight Tactics. For anyone who knows, the game's client is separate than when your in a game itself. The client runs fine and so do other games but as soon as I got into a game, the league game stutters and is fine when I tab away from the game (the preview when you tab out shows it running smoothly). When I close OBS it runs smoothly again. Whenever I try to move my mouse around the game stutters. Please help.

I have game capture to capture specifically this window and even have 2 scenes separate from the client and the actual game itself for automatic scene switching.

PC Specs: NVIDIA GeForce RTX3070
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz (16 CPUs), ~2.2GHz

I also noticed that when I reset my scenes, this happens.
Last time, usually to solve this, I change my game to Borderless and it should show up. It isn't happening for me this time.

Enable Windows Game Mode. It do help. The feature you have to keep disable is HAGS.
Make sure the plugin you're using is updated and compatible with OBS 31.

i am facing the same issue , i tried updating my plugins ( which all support v31 ) , i resorted to going back to 30.2.3 ( my previous stable ) and League of Legends is now working fine ,i dont think disabling HAGS is a viable solution as it benefits some game performance

The issue it's on the anticheat not being compatible with the digital signature used by OBS for the game capture method. Use window capture or display capture instead until this issue is resolved by the anticheat side. Of course, OBS devs are in contact with Riot and specifically the Vanguard devs about this.
