obs studio won't stop recording

hey, i tried today recording my screen but when i click stop recording it won't stop.
my output is on advanced, i don't know what i'm doing wrong.
feel free to ask any question, thank you! :)

Switch back to Simple output mode, unless you have a specific need to use Advanced.
NEVER record to MP4 directly. It is NOT a recording-safe format. Use MKV if you need multi-track audio, and remux it to MP4 if needed from OBS' File menu, Remux Recordings.
120fps recording is not officially supported; beyond 60fps is at-your-own-risk.

I need to use advanced because i want multi track audio,
BTW, I searched before i made a thread, and i set it on mkv..
I learned that my computer is not powerful enough to handle 120 fps, But there's not other way?
