OBS Studio FPS Disastrously Fluctuating

1. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
VoiceMeeter Input (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO): 48000 Hz
VoiceMeeter VAIO3 Input (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO3): 48000 Hz
VoiceMeeter Output (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO): 192000 Hz
Microphone (NVIDIA Broadcast): 48000 Hz
VoiceMeeter Aux Input (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter AUX VAIO): 48000 Hz
2. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. Change the NVENC preset to quality so 2-pass is not used and uncheck the box Psycho Visual Tuning (Look-ahead too if checked)
4. Record to MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.
If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto Remux in the Advanced Settings.

Enable Vsync and/or Frame rate Limit that your GPU can handle without capping you GPU usage to 100%.
You GPU needs enough resources to be able to encode.

and output is my microphone, does it still require NERFING*?
