I had 528.02 before the reinstall. Tried this 2 or 3 days ago. I can re-install it again and see how it goes.

Tested again for 10 min with the main OBS studio, and now it did not crash. I will test it a little more and post the status here.

If there are no errors, then no.

Seems everything is working fine for now. Have tested 3 times with bandwidth test on, and last night the actual stream.
