Maybe something in global.ini is loading something that is corrupt?
1) Go to C:\Users\<your folders>\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio
2) rename the file global.ini -> xglobal.ini
3) try running OBS ... it will create a new global.ini file.
Also, are there any new log files in C:\Users\<your folders>\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\logs?
