OBS sound not working - after Windows 10 Update

Hey all
I updated Windows 10 two days ago, a big update. For weeks, a window kept popping up intermittently to remind me.

But since this installation, OBS no longer has any sound coming out of the desktop (my Twitch alerts, my channel points, my StreamDeck sounds, and my live intro and end scenes that have music). Everything is muted. However, the soundbar at the bottom moves when I play an effect, but it remains muted. OBS detects it, but nothing comes through the headphones or the speakers.

And there's no way to go back; the Windows backup files were all deleted by the update....

When I do a live test and recording, the sound is fine in the final video, but I can't hear anything on my end, except for the game volume, which is fine.
I haven't touched any settings; everything has remained as it was before the update. But I've tried searching for help on forums and websites, but I haven't found a solution, despite testing, uninstalling and reinstalling, updating Nvidia, and updating my audio card.

I've of course checked my desktop soundbars, my hardware, my OBS and Windows settings, and the sound effects are set to "monitoring and output," but nothing comes out... my OBS version is latest

Help me... I'm French (I hope my translation is correct)
