Question / Help OBS Low FPS While in Path of Exile Only

Hello I'm having low obs fps while streaming POE. I have no other issues when I stream other games. It is only when I'm in POE and it is the active window do I get FPS drop on OBS. from 60 down to 20+-. No problems when the game is not the active window. I have streamed POE before and had no issues. Please help?

Lighting set to Shadows (Default) fixed my problem. Thanks no one for responding.
