OBS lags every game i play including opera browser

hi so my obs started acting up out of nowhere after formating it , the games would crash or start lagging used the logs tried to fix everything and i still get lag i tried to stream/record with gpu it still lags with cpu it still lags i genuinely dont know what to do and ran out of tutorials to watch

the logs analyzer is giving me nothing , i'm not even doing AAA games it's just indie games like stardew valley

the quicksync H.264 gives me no issues in logs but it starts lagging after 10 minutes of gameplay anyway

the NVIDIA NVENC H.264 gives me GPU overload but whatever i try doesn't work

the x264 gives me cpu overload

here's my specs if anyone's wondering : 12th Gen intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U (1.30 gHz) 16GB RAM NVIDIA MX550

Thread 'Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...'

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored.

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log File. "Last Log File" is for the last session (the last time you ran OBS). In some cases you may be asked to select "Current Log File" instead, which is for the current session.
