Bug Report OBS Laggy FPS

Recently, OBS has been have laggy fps, OBS would say it's running with perfectly fine CPU and fine FPS but then when I play the video, it has a really laggy FPS.
I have an example of a long video that had a really laggy FPS

Again, I have a bunch of other problems with OBS, but this is my main one.

I'm going to try reinstalling it.

I reinstalled it, and it did nothing.
