OBS lag on preview and recording

OS: Linux Mint 20.1 Cinnamon
Cinnamon Version: 4.8.6
Linux Kernel: 5.4.0-70-lowlatency ( I was using a regular kernel before switching to a low latency kernel)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics x 4
RAM: 5.8 GBs
Graphics Card: [AMD/ATI] Picasso

I dont do streaming, I only record desktop footage and stuff from Lakka OS which is running on a Raspberry Pi 4 B 4gb. I've notice with a few recordings that the lag is also there as if some FPS has been dropped.

A log would show eventual bottlenecks.

but 4k Canvas and Full HD encoding at 60 FPS is quite high end.. running on a far from high end configuration.

I have another profile that is set to a Full HD canvas and output resolution with 1920x1080 at 60 fps but I still end up with some lag.
