obs keeps crashing after recording for 1 hour and sometimes 2 hours

hey, i have an intel nuc7i7bnh and i just record with OBS, I don't stream.
cpu: core i7 7567u
16GB ram
gpu: intel iris plus 650
256GB nvme ssd

my problem is that obs keeps crashing after recording for some minutes. its different sometimes, it crashes after 30 minutes and sometimes after 2 hours.
what should i do?

Please include the crash log. The log you attached only shows you running OBS.
