Question / Help OBS is crashing

Hi. I'm new to OBS and I wanted to record gameplays firstly I installed OBS studio 2.1.2, and every time I started recording it crashed, I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it, the same thing happened, I installed an older version, OBS 2.0.3, to see if I could record with that one and it still kept crashing whenever I started recording. If anybody knows how to fix this problem I gladly accept your help.

Have you tried updating the drivers? Try with the productor tools and not only with windows update.

Update to 21.1.2
Update your intel graphics drivers from the intel site
Update your radeon graphics drivers from the amd site.
