OBS does not see the picture-in-picture window

After updating to the Nvidia video card (it used to be AMD), a problem appeared on the Opera browser, I want to broadcast a floating browser window ("picture in picture"), but the obs simply does not see it. The Yandex browser has the same problem. The only place where there was no such problem was Edge, but I don't want to switch to another browser because of this. I don't know what to do, I tried to disable hardware acceleration in both the obs and browsers. It didn't help. I tried reinstalling the graphics card drivers, but there are no results. Please help me, I absolutely do not understand what to do with this :с
