"OBS Disconnected" or "Disconnected from Server"

I have been having this problem for a while now and wondering if anyone could help, my stream will be going fine *internet never has issues* and will just randomly drop to 0 bitrate and my stream will disconnect. any idea what could be causing this and or if there is any fix. My log is below if anyone would like to take a look at it, it would be greatly appreciated.

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

happened again today with regular obs, not sure what the issue is.

i did, fixed all the issues and still getting the disconnection issue.

Found 2 old thread with this error and it's on a rtmp server or your network / ISP.
@mueffl, your log shows you were disconnected by your RTMP server. Check there for clues.

For those experiencing this issue in OBS Studio, make sure to post a log from a session where you've turned on the "New networking code" option in advanced settings.

That indicates your network losing connection to the specified server completely. This isn't an OBS issue, it's a problem with either your home network or ISP dropping out.
