OBS Crashing on startup after trying to update to new version

A couple of days ago I tried updating my OBS from version 28.?? to 29.02 and it started crashing on startup.

I have tried fully uninstalling my OBS client (scenes, settings) and reinstalling all versions from 28 to 29, but not even a fresh install stops the crash.

I have tried fully uninstalling and reinstalling my GPU drivers and updating my onboard drivers (AMD) to no avail.

Attached are the crash log and a screenshot of what the crash look like

(in case this is relevant - when the update version window pops up I can actually use the program fine even though the crash dialog pops up, but as soon as I click yes or no OBS closes)
(also i was using SE Live as well, but now even using plain obs 28+ crashes every time on startup)

StreamFX plugin is causing the crash. Update it or completelly remove it.
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled OBS after completelly remove the se live plugin?
