OBS Crashing Issue

I've been having some insane OBS crashing issues, I've crashed anywhere from 3-9 times a night trying to stream and I have no idea how to read through these crash reports- I've also never had this problem before? I've got no idea how to fix it

Any advice? I'm not super good at PC stuff, sorry!
