OBS crashes while launching on Windows 11

I used to use OBS back in middle school but now after downloading it few days back and yesterday installing it. I'm unable to start the program altogether despite I ran the program with compatibility mode with Windows 7.

Currently I'm using Windows 11 lastest build. Please help someone :)

Here's the Crash report. I actually included unfortunately it did not upload and I did not install anything except running the default installer and after installaling since I can't launch the application
