OBS CRASHES because of encoder crash?

Hello,

I've been having a problem with OBS for days. Obs always crashes when I'm on my pause screen. When it crashes my edited video gets stuck (26mb) and crashes. I have a few crash files here so you can understand it. My friend told me that it just says that the encoder crashed. Unfortunately I don't know what to do next, I've already tried downloading a version of OBS (the most recent one I used was 30.2.3) but the problem also exists in 30.2.2. I've also completely removed and reinstalled my Nvidia drivers and that didn't help either. My PC: Intel i9-13900K
Geforce RTX 3080 10GB
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB. I hope someone has a solution for me, I've already tried too many things and can't get anywhere. Thanks in advance.
I will also add an logfile and an Windows dmp/txt file, maybe it will help.

These may not be related but get them out of the way:
1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. NEVER put them in the same scene (Live and View).
3. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (scene Live). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
4. Framerates other than 30fps or 60fps may lead to playback issues like stuttering or screen tearing. Stick to either of these for better compatibility with video players. You should really only use 29.97 or 59.94 if the source(s) are 29.97 and/or 59.94 You can change your OBS frame rate in Settings -> Video.

If still having issues, try removing the Media Source source from your Pause scene collection. If still having issues, post a new log and crash log.

Hello,

So i did the first step i turned it off for now. the second and third step was already used from me and the last step: i use 59.94 fps for my streams but the video in my pause scene is like 90 fps. I don't know if that has anything to do with it otherwise I would convert the video to 60 fps. BUT THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE!
