Question / Help OBS Constantly Crash

My OBS Constantly Crash after a few minutes of Streaming
i need help to identify what is the problem with my PC or obs and how to fix it, please help

PC Specification
►MOBO Prime x299-Delux II
►Skylake, Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-7900X CPU @ 3.30GHz, Socket 2066 LGA
►Graphic Card GeForce GTX 1070
►Ram 8GB DDR4 Single x2

It crashes in the x264 encoder, which is often caused by faulty hardware. Reverse overclocking, check overheating, check your memory (run Windows memory test), verify compatibility between RAM and mainboard, check health of your power supply. In case of AMD processor, it is recommended to update to the most current microcode (BIOS update), but since you're running an Intel CPU, I mention it only for the sake of completeness.

thx for the advice about hardware

my solution: i turn off my Turbo Boost 3.0, i google it and found there's lot of problem with Intel Turbo Boost 3.0. after i turn it off in Intel TBMT Control Panel, i didn't get any crash anymore from OBS
