OBS causing my vr to lag massively

Whenever I start streaming in VR, OBS causes my fps to drop heavely when im on VR and only when I get on vr

Having something similar but not for stream, just for recording. Its not so much lag but more visual glitches on the same. I was doing this one year ago without any change but not this happens.
