Question / Help OBS can't detect my GPU on Encoder in Streaming and Recording option

Hello, I can't find my GPU or even H.264 encoder option on Recording or streaming option using OBS.
I did fixed the high graphics obs.exe file in high performance using my nvidia gpu. but still doesnt have that option.
I am having problem during facebook live streaming of laggy and choppy gameplay.

How to get the log file.
But I attached the pics.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

But my main problem is on the setting. Output Video recording and Streaming doesnt have h.264 and my gpu encoder.

Your GPU does not support NVENC.
