Question / Help OBS 23 Python Crash

I am not able to get python run appropriately for scripting. Every time I set the python directory I get OBS to crash.

I have OBS installed on a drive different than C: (It is installed on G: drive), but I installed Python on both the C: drive AND the G: drive but it wasn't working either way and I can get it to crash consistently.

When I get the correct path for Python in the Scripts file and I reload OBS, I get the following lines in the regular OBS logs:

18:55:57.326: [Python] Python failure in obs_scripting_load_python:1675:
18:55:57.326: [Python] Error importing obspython.py', unloading obs-python
18:55:57.326: [Python] Failed to load python plugin
