So, I was wacthing the last stream and downloaded the NohBoard-ReWrite-editmode-v0.3.1.40-a1b57a4. I could notice that if I add a mouse speed indicator, i can't remove it, only using ctrl+z. What is interesting is that i can remove the old mouse speed indicators that was already on my keyboard definition. Also the element properties from the old mouse indicator is different from a new one. Also there is nothing on element properties from normal keys, which i think that you simply didn't add them yet, but I'm reporting just in case.

I also saw a thing that seems not intentional: if i start editing and select a key, it becomes purple, but then i cant stop editing that specific key. the way i found was right clicking and stop editing. but them i need to do it everytime i want to edit another key...

Haha, feedback before even making a release, this is fun times.

About stopping editing: This is intentional, you can stop editing using esc. This prevents you from accidentally selecting another element while trying to drag a corner that overlaps another key for example.

I just tried editing and removing a newly added mouse speed indicator. This seems to have worked. Deleting an element that is selected doesn't seem to work. That's another thing that needs to be looked at.

And indeed, this version is very much work in progress. Far from ready for release, so expect bugs that I will have to address before the next release. And I only implemented the Mouse Speed Indicator Properties form so far. Another on already has controls in it, but the keyboard key properties form is still a blank slate.

Oh, i tried to pressing enter, but now i know it's esc... although i think having esc and enter to complete an editing would be nice.

About the element properties from mouse indicator: do you know why the element property from a new added mouse indicator is different from a mouse indicator added on previous versions?

I don't, as far as I tested it wasn't different. But I'm planning to get back to work on it tonight, so we'll see what needs to be fixed then.

So, I found an annoying small bug in the last stream release: when you open the right click menu and do a left click over a created key, it moves the key the Δposition of my mouse since I did the right click... You can see it on this video I recorded. Use the NohBoard output from the video to follow what I'm doing...

YouTube tells me that video is not available. It would probably help to have an example indeed, but otherwise I'll try to reproduce next time I work on NohBoard. Probably on Thursday night, cest again.

Haha, that's a funny bug. I believe it's been in there for a long time. But I never figured out what exactly it was. Nice that you managed to narrow it down. I'll make an issue on GitHub for it, so I will remember to look at that.

Are you using OBS Classic? Try OBS Studio
I'm using OBS Studio. At the moment, I'm rubber-band fixing the issue by moving NohBoard to the bottom-right of the screen to hide the black area, but I'd like to be able to place it elsewhere if possible.

If I were to upload an image of the peripheral that I use, would someone be able to make a file I can put into the folder? I have no problems admitting this is above my head.

You need to edit the image.

If you are talking about the keyboard, you can crop a letter button from the image, if necessary, make the background the same color as the chromakey you are using on that keyboard definition, and then you will be able to use that image as the image for all letter keys, since they are the same size. Then you do it for Enter, Shift, Ctrl, Alt, etc... since they are different sizes.

If you are talking about the mouse, then it's more complex, but it's basically the same process for the letter keys.

You can download my keyboard definition and styles here and study it, mess around with the images and stuff.
