No audio output from browser sources

OK, I stream for Twitch and YouTube at the same time, using SE Live plugin. Everything was working fine the day before yesterday, but yesterday suddenly my browser sources stopped outputting audio through Track 1 for Twitch audience, while I monitor and output, but ONLY for the Twitch audience. If I don't monitor, the audio outputs, but I need to monitor many of em. The YouTube audience still get the sounds throuth Track 2. I separate the tracks for Twitch and YouTube because of copyright and stuff. I didn't want to stop streaming yesterday and today I got the same issue. I didn't change anything on OBS, or Windows, or whatever. I just closed OBS, went to sleep and got the issue the day after. My audio output devices are all disabled through OBS and I control it separately for each source (game, apps and web) in case you're wondering it's duplicating the audio outputs. The log below is from today's stream. Please help, I have many audios, alerts and even Media Request which my Twitch audience is not getting anymore, if I monitor it.

I'm not having problems with the StreamElements Plugin. Where did I say that? The problem with the audio not outputting whilie I'm monitoring. The ES Live plugin just allows me to separate audio for YouTube, but the audio config is from OBS. Even if I turn off Stream Elements plugin completely, the problem persists: the audio from the browser sources doesn't outputs if I'm monitoring it. Did you at least take a look at the log? One day it was just fine, everything was working like it should, the other day it doesnt work, even if I didn't updated anything, OBS or plugins. How is this related to SE Live plugin?

These are my audio settings rn. The audio outputs are all controlled by OBS for each font. The only ones monitored are the browser sources and they are not being outputed. If I turn monitoring off, they are outputed fine via Track 1.

And this is the SE Live config, outputting audio for YouTube via track 2. How the OBS doesn't output via track 1, but outputs via track 2? And how is this SE Live Plugins fault?
