some reason i'm getting horrible FPS no matter how i set this up can someone help...
I've been told my computer is more than enough to stream CS GO and i've tried everything i can think of...
I've tried using both *not at the same time of course* Monitor Capture and using Game Capture with the same settings and i'm getting the same horrible performance.
comp specs
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
CPU: Intel Core i7 3930K @ 3.20GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR3 @ 800MHz
Motherboard: AsusTeK computer inc p9x79 pro
Graphics: 2x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 (EVGA) (SLI Enabled) *but still screws up even if it's off*
Hard Drive: 2907GB ATA ST3000DM001-1CH1 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)
Optical Drives
ASUS BC-12B1ST SCSI CdRom Device
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio
Power Supply : Corsair HX 1050
OBS settings
Video Capture
Encoding: x264
use CBR
enable CBR padding
max bit : 3500
buffer size 3500 (tried lowering max + buffer together and buffers lower than max but still not working)
Video
Custom 1920 x 1080 (also tried 800 x600 but still horrible)
res downscare : 1.50 (1280x720)
filter: bilinear (fastest)
FPS 60 (tried lowering to 30 but no improvement shows... streaming at 30 fps for CS is just horrible anyhow)
disable aero (checked)
(I left the Advanced tag alone except)
x264 CPU preset : veryfast
encoding profile : high
^ i've downscaled these and nothing changed so i put it back to default.
My speedtest where i'm from is (Vancouver British Columbia Canada)

my speed test from L.A. California, USA

my speed test from San Antonio Texas, USA

my FMS URL was set at San Fran but i've changed it to Dallas TX since my speedtest was a lot better from there... it has improved my FPS/ stream performance ever so slightly but it's still not good enough and i really want to be able to stream at the highest possible settings... (CS GO settings everything is set to none or low except 4x Anti aliasing.
