Question / Help NDI Output Settings Not Showing Up Under Tools In OBS

Hello,
I am new to OBS and streaming. I have recently downloaded OBS and learned about NDI for streaming off of one computer and using the other computer for the bulk of my processing. I recently installed the latest version of OBS with no problems. I then installed the 4.7.1 NDI with the 4.0+ Runtime software as well. No issues with that install either. I have reset my computer and open and closed OBS multiple times and I still am not seeing the NDI Output Settings option come up for me under Tools in OBS. The other laptop I am using that I want to stream off of has successfully recognized the NDI Output Settings option in OBS with no issues. I installed everything the same way. Does anybody have any ideas? Thank you in advanced.

The computer having issues specs:
Macbook 13" 2010
OS X Sierra 10.12.6
4GB

Computer Specs of Successful NDI:
Macbook 13" 2012
OS X Mojave 10.14.1
4GB

Most of your third party plugins is failing to load here, and OBS-NDI isn't even listed. Did you compile this version of OBS yourself? Did you install both the NDI runtime and the plugin?

I downloaded OBS directly from the website. I downloaded the NDI 4.7.1 + the 4.0+ Runtime.
I did notice this message containing the obs-ndi.so file but it stated it didn’t load. Do you know if NDI runs on OS X Sierra? I have seen other successfully running it on High Sierra, but I haven’t found an install to upgrade my OS X.

/Applications/OBS.app/Contents/Plugins/obs-ndi.so

NDI runs on Sierra.

Did you manually install the plugin?

It's supposed to be in:

/Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins

Not in the OBS.app bundle.

Oh i just noticed that. I looked in /Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins and it is in there as well. Should i delete the file from the OBS.app folder? Not sure why it is in both places.

Pretty sure it should not be in that folder, and that the installer doesn't put it there, which is why I asked about manual installation.

Oh. I didn't manually install NDI. I just ran the Installer and selected Macintosh HD for location.
