NDI audio from camera errantly shows inactive

I’m suddenly having an issue with OBS where whenever the program restarts (or crashes), my NDI audio stream is missing from my audio mixer and says it’s inactive. However, when I toggle studio mode the NDI audio then reappears. Note: it sometimes requires toggling studio mode multiple times. I’m running OBS 30.1.1 (30.1.2 introduced another bug).
