Strange. It worked just fine for me last night. I streamed on both Twitch and YouTube for three hours.

What did you try doing? Did you read the documentation? Also, under which platform are you running?

Just a tip, it may look at first glance that it's not working. The interface you use is via the Docks interface

It's a nice alternative, but it lacks a couple of features the Multiple RTMP Output plugin has, most notably, the ability to tell individual encoders to turn on and/or off when you use the start/stop streaming button on OBS Studio. Aitum requires you to switch individual encoders manually on and off, and no way to "gang" them together with OBS Studio's "start/stop streaming" button.

Others have mentioned other features that Aitum should have as well.

The other feature Aitum has, vertical streaming, I can't find a use case for it. I would also have to reengineer my infrastructure to handle this kind of workflow, either separately or in parallel with the normal horizontal canvas.

All that said, despite the vertical streaming options, the moment the ganging feature I cited gets added, I will be all over this.

One other thing I have noticed when I was gearing up to work on updating to OBS Studio 31.1.0 which would involve me collecting all the plugins on all the computers I run in my setup, I noticed that the plugin just got updated. A couple of times, I noticed.

I have a really stupid question.
Configured multiple servers (Yt-KicK-Mixcloud-Twitch, etc)
Twitch is my OBS config.
Is it somehow possible, for example, to just start KICK without having to start everything else and then turn it off again?

You can disable your other streams so they don't follow the start/stop button when you start this. You can also set this up as a second profile, either disabling the extra stream(s) or removing the targets in that second profile. Use Profile/Duplicate, then give it a suitable name, then do what you need to those extra targets that you have the plugin currently set up.

I have a problem with the plugin for multiple streams. I downloaded it and it is visible in the docks category, but when I press it, nothing is shown to me. Do you have any idea what it can be? The OBS version is the newest?
 
when twitch resets the connection after 48 hrs it causes the other streams to fail that are in the plugin to fail and when trying to stop the streams to restart them they say stopping but dont stop. just says stopping so i have to completely shut down obs just to get it to work properly again.

Have you added any other connections to the plugin yet? I had as many as two of them, but I have only YouTube nowadays (the other one, VStream, went under in '24).

well i had to reinstall mother and hard drive i saved files copy acros but multi has stoped and can find installed on github sio i can reinstall i can not find and i have seached every fikle and its not there please fix and let me know when you have a clear link to installer
 
Hi, just installed on OBS 31.1.2.
I just added KICK, keeping Twitch as my main output.
I added streasm url/key. But if I've started just Twitch, when I press START for Kick, it just keeps saying 'Reconnecting'.

If I start both together, kick just says reconnecting too.
EDIT: BTW, I tried using and then disabling 'Sync'...

Hi, did you ever fix this? I have the exact same issue with just Kick, and Twitch as main OBS output.
 
Just installed obs-multi-rtmp 0.7.3 over 0.7.2. Noticed that there are two 64bit folders within each other now...
Mistake?

EDIT: OK, Seems to work now! Thanks! Although I had to copy the DLL/PDB to TWO locations (Two 64bit folders).

PS: I use OBS Portable. Seems alright at the moment, but will test further.

Man...The edit post restriction time is annoying.
Anyway, it seems the additional 64bit folder IS a mistake, just tested with ONLY the second folder and no plugin.

So the second folder added to your install should probably be removed?

Is this still in a portable setup? How are you installing the plugin? If you are using a plugin installer with a portable OBS Studio setup, don't.

If you're using a ZIP file, check the directory/folder structure of the file. If you see lines of "obs-plugins" and "data", you need to unpack at the base of your OBS installation.

Hey Katt,

Cheers for reply, yeah I'm very experienced with file/folder structures etc (Web developer back in the 90's).

The latest download has a duplicated 64bit folder. I always install via zips, extract, copy to correct paths.

As per pic, can see the dupe folder...
Structure is: D:\Downloads\obs-multi-rtmp-0.7.3.0-windows-x64\obs-plugins\64bit\64bit
