I'm experiencing desynchronized audio when comparing output tracks from OBS (27.0.1), is this expected behavior?

This can be caused by several things. Most commonly:

1. Different interface capture latencies. Some sound devices are faster than others. Some send incorrect timestamps. You can work around this by turning OFF 'use device timestamps' in the source properties, and setting a Delay in the Advanced Audio Properties to calibrate the devices with positive or negative offsets until they're lined up properly. Unfortunately, due to the nature of these devices the latency CAN change. Especially with ASIO devices.

2. An NVENC bug. Some setups have an issue where even the same audio source recorded to multiple tracks can be offset. @R1CH is aware of this bug. At the moment, the only workaround I'm aware of is to use the Software x264 encoder instead. Though IIRC one person claimed to fix it by installing Xaymar's StreamFX plugin, and using the 'old' NVENC.

What is your use-case? There might be other ways to accomplish what you're trying to do.
