Question / Help MIC/AUX audio doubling/echoing

basically what the title says how do I fix it

You've either got the same audio device enabled more than once in Settings -> Audio, or you've explicitly added a device under Sources that was already enabled in Settings -> Audio, or you've turned on audio monitoring and are sending it either to the Windows default audio device which you are also capturing.
